Know exactly who is inside your gated space — every minute of the day.

ABNexus gives occupants one-tap visit invites, gives guards a QR scan instead of a shouting match at the gate, and gives community managers a live picture of every visit. No paper logbook. No gate-pass chaos.

For occupants, community managers, and security teams — one platform, three roles, zero confusion at the gate.

The gate shouldn't be the weakest point of your community.

A paper logbook nobody can read back

Every visit is logged digitally — searchable by unit, visitor, and time, forever.

Gate delays and endless calls to occupants

Guards verify a QR pass in seconds. Occupants are notified the moment their visitor arrives.

No idea who is inside the estate right now

A live map of active visits, unit by unit — with alerts if a visitor's phone goes dark.

One platform, three roles

Built for everyone who keeps the community moving.

Invite guests without leaving your chair.

  • Send visit invitations by email or WhatsApp link — your visitor gets a QR pass, your unit address, directions, and their stay window.
  • Get notified the moment your visitor reaches the gate. No calls from security, no shouting names over the intercom.
  • Onboard your household — including temporary occupants with an expiry date, perfect for visiting relatives and caregivers.
  • See your unit's visit logs and analytics, and report incidents straight from the app.

The visitor journey

From invite to exit in four clean steps.

  1. 1

    Occupant sends an invite

One tap from the app — the invite goes out over WhatsApp or email as a simple link. The visitor doesn't need to install anything.

  2. 2

    Visitor opens the pass

A web page with their QR code, unique tracking ID, the unit address, get-directions map, and their expected stay window. The pass expires when the stay ends.

  3. 3

    Guard scans at the gate

A quick QR scan (or tracking ID lookup) authorizes the visit in seconds — and the occupant is notified their guest has arrived.

  4. 4

    Tracked until exit, logged forever

Security sees the visitor's live location for the duration of the stay. Entry, exit, duration, and who invited them — all on record.

Communities that switched aren't going back.

Before ABNexus, our gate log was a jotter that got wet every rainy season. Now I can tell you who entered any unit last Tuesday, and how long they stayed.

My mum visits from Enugu twice a year. I set her up as a temporary occupant with an expiry date and she walks through the gate like she owns the place.

The community map changed how my team works. We see every active visit at a glance — and the day a visitor's phone went dark, we were at the unit in under three minutes.

Questions, answered.

What does my community need to get started?

A community manager registers the community, adds units and gates, and invites security personnel. Occupants then request onboarding to their unit, and the manager (and unit owner) approve them. Most communities are fully set up within a week.

Do visitors need to install the app?

No. The visit pass is a simple web link opened from the WhatsApp or email invite. It shows the QR code, tracking ID, unit address, directions, and the stay window — no download, no sign-up.

What happens if a visitor's phone dies or GPS goes off?

Security is alerted immediately with a red flag on the community map showing the visitor's last known location. Guards can respond, contact the host occupant, or deactivate the visit. And if the phone simply dies at the gate, the guard can verify with the tracking ID instead of the QR.

How are occupants approved?

Access is approval-gated at every level. The community manager approves units and their owners; unit owners approve the occupants of their own unit — including temporary occupants with an expiry date. Nobody gets access on their own say-so.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the size of your community — number of units, gates, and security personnel. Talk to us for a quote and a live demo tailored to your community.
